Credits are calculated based on actual token usage (input + output). Different AI models have different rates. We display the estimated credit cost before each request.
Payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
We offer proportional refunds based on unused credits. Refunds are calculated as: (Unused Credits ÷ Total Credits) × Payment Amount
Proportional Refund Policy
You only pay for credits you actually use. Refunds are processed proportionally based on your unused credit balance.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
You are solely responsible for the content you share through the Service. This includes all text, prompts, and data you submit to AI models.

DO NOT share sensitive or confidential information that could cause harm if disclosed. This includes, but is not limited to:
Credit card numbers, bank details, or financial credentials
Passwords, API keys, or authentication tokens
Social security numbers or national identification numbers
Private health information (PHI) or medical records
Confidential business secrets or proprietary information
Personal identification documents (passports, driver's licenses)
Important: If your account is compromised due to sharing sensitive information, you assume all risk and liability. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information, harmful suggestions, biased outputs, or inappropriate responses.
The Service, including the browser extension, user interface, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Progify.tech and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You retain ownership of all content you create using Tooly, including:
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Tooly acts as a gateway to third-party AI model providers. When you use any AI tool, your prompts are sent to the selected AI provider (via OpenRouter) for processing. Your use of AI models is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Through OpenRouter, your prompts may be processed by any of the following AI providers (and more):

We strongly recommend exporting your chat history, custom tools, and highlights from your dashboard before deleting your account. After 90 days, all your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
