For ongoing subscriptions:

Access continues - Service remains available until the end of your current billing period

3. EU/EEA/UK Customers - 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases.
Your Rights Under EU Law
As an EU/EEA/UK customer, you have a 14-day withdrawal right. When you request a refund:
✓ Full refund available if no credits have been used
✓ Proportional refund if you've used some credits (you only pay for what you used)
✓ Transparent calculation based on unused credit percentage
3.1 How EU Proportional Refunds Work
According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), we may charge you for services already performed during the 14-day withdrawal period, provided you gave prior express consent.
In practice: When you request a refund, we calculate how many credits you've used and only charge you for those. The rest is refunded.
3.2 Refund Calculation
Refunds are calculated proportionally based on your unused credits:
Refund = (Unused Credits ÷ Total Credits) × Payment Amount
Note: This complies with EU law which allows charging for services already performed with your prior consent.
4. Defective or Faulty Service
Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund if our service is defective, faulty, or doesn't work as advertised.
Defective Service Refunds
If our service has a major technical failure, you are entitled to:
1. Repair/replacement - We'll fix the issue within 48 hours
2. If repair fails - Pro-rata refund for affected period
4.1 What Qualifies as "Defective"
Eligible for refund:
Service completely unavailable for 24+ hours
AI tools not responding to requests
Credits deducted but no response received
Extension fails to load or function
NOT eligible for refund:
✗ "Change of mind" cancellations
✗ Dissatisfaction with AI responses (third-party providers)
✗ Service interruptions under 24 hours
✗ Browser compatibility issues on unsupported versions

We'll calculate: Your unused credits and proportional refund amount
Review timeline:
Initial review: 48 hours
Decision notification: 2-3 business days
Processing (if approved): 5-10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. No fees are charged for approved refunds.
7. EU Customer Consent & Proportional Charges
When you purchase a subscription as an EU/EEA/UK customer, you provide explicit consent for us to charge proportionally for credits used during the 14-day withdrawal period:
This consent is required by EU law to allow proportional charging for services already performed. Your consent is recorded with timestamp for legal compliance. You retain your full 14-day withdrawal right with proportional refunds.
8. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis depending on:
Individual circumstances
Customer history
Technical issues beyond user control
Other relevant factors

If your refund request is denied and you believe you are entitled to a refund under consumer protection laws, you may:
